Day 1:
My name is Joesph,Wow this has been a day. Why has all the loyalist come to stay with us it's really annoying. There taking so much space up we have like no room at all.But i can understand why there doing that they have a reason. But they can't stay here forever there going to eventually have to leave but now that there been here for a while i dont think the'll leave, probably not cause there already settled in.

Assignment #8 The Real Riel Assignment.

Chelsea: So if you wouldn't mind im going to be asking you some
questions today Louis Riel.

Louis David Riel: Sure go right a-head.

Louis David Riel: Its lovely to be on your show today.

Chelsea: Oh Thank-you so much im so glad you could be here.

Louis David Riel: Well i wouldn't miss it for the world.

Chelsea: Ah Ah thats so nice of you to say that.

Louis David Riel: No Problem!!

Chelsea:(First question) So alot of people think your guilty of what you have done i think your not guilty, because i think what you did was right.

Louis David Riel: Well people have there own opinion's so i dont agree with people that think im guilty cause it was along time ago and i was just trying to do the right thing, and i have no regrets about it cause i was just doing what i thought was right.

Chelsea: Well it was along time ago so we can stop thinking about it.

Louis David Riel: Yeah.

Chelsea:(Second question) Well where and when were you born?

Louis David Riel: I was born in Red River Settlement in 1844.

Chelsea: (Third Question) Do you have any children?

Louis David Riel: Yes i do actually two (One girl One boy)

Chelsea: What are there names?

Louis David Riel: Jean Louis, and Marie Louis

Chelsea: Oh wow thats interesting.

Louis David Riel: Yup and there wonderful children.

Chelsea: Cool, Thank-You for coming today on my show i really thought it was interesting

Louis David Riel: Thank-you too it was fun, Ok Bye!!

Assignment #7 Canadian personalities:

Go to this site. The category i liked the most was (We Built) because there's a setion about Aboriginal Leader's and that's what im learning about in History. The personalitie that interested me the most was the Mary Brant because like i said im learning about history in history class so i think her personalitie and her life was very interesting to me, cause i love learning about the aboriginal leaders. Mary would always build support for the british. The Three Influential Canadians i shose were Sydney Poitier, Patty Labella, and Terry fox because Sydney was an actor, Patty Labella was a singer, and Terry fox was an athletic runner we ran for cancer to race money, we raced over 1 million dollors and he ran something like 1000 miles. He had an amputated leg and he still ran but at 1 point he had to stop cause the cancer had came back and that day he new he couldn't run anymore than he was hospitalised then the cancer was to strong and then he died :( and i picked all these people was because there really important to me and very interesting and i wanted to do some research on them and they turned out to be very important. The category i think that they would go into would have to be for Terry Fox i would put him in we inspired, Sydney Poiter i would put her in we founded, and Patty Labella i would put her in we built. I did the History maker quiz and my match maker was Pierre Elliot Trudeau he was the15th priminister of canada.I was able to answer the clues. Nothing really differant from us he just he was a man and im a female. In 100 years from now i will be known for the best karate champion in the world. I would of been able to do 100,000 push ups in 20 minutes, no one can beat me ive accompished a very very very amazing goal.

Assignment #6 Black History Month.

My Afrian Canadian i shose was Oscar Peterson. He lived (August 15th 1925-December 23 2007, he was 82 by the time he died.) He was a Candian jazz pianist, and composer. He was a member of jazz royalty. He released over 200 recordings, won seven grammy awards and recived other numerous awards and honours over the course of his carreer. He was considerd to be one of the best pianist of all time. I went to this website to get some on my information click on it.

Assignment #5 Its really cold.

Im wondering why the Canadian Settler's stayed in Canada. My first impression would be to leave Canada cause its so so so cold in the winter but i understand why they stayed maybe it was because they tohught they found a new land which they pretty much did. How did they servive they only really had thin shirts and thin jeans really back then. They had to make warmth for them selves cause there wasent any heat for there homes that they could just turn on like now a days. My family came to Canada because that's were they grew up and almost all of there family lived here, and they were formiler with this part of the world. My family dealed with the extreme cold by putting a fire on, or putting the heat on, or rapping a warm blanket around them. Go to this site this is where i got some of my information.

In this assignment on linking back to your peers, i went to several blogs one of them was dillion and james they both did a wonderful job and i do agree with both of them "that the world might come to an end in 2109, and then the technology also". Assignment #3 History of the Future!

Christopher Moore is an Historian, he loves to find out what the history has been in the last 500 years and he succeeded. My teacher wants me to predict what is going to happen in the next hundred years even though i won't be around, and i think there's going to be less pollution, and more respect to any type of colour.
